An innovator is a person or organization that is able to do something first, like create a new project. An innovator is looking for the hook that will solve a consumers needs efficiently, but also be something the consumer is likely to want. There have been several people in history that can be considered an innovator.
For example the Wright Brothers, Thomas Edison, Henry Ford, Nikola Tesla, Robert Goodard, and Tim Lee are all pioneers in their fields. An innovator does not always have to start from scratch to create a product or service. They can also begin working on a project that needs improvement. Overall, an innovator is looking for a fresh way to create a solution to a problem the consumers have.
