Innovators have said several times that it is not possible to have innovation without failure. Failure is needed to determine what is going to work and what will not. A good instance of this would be innovator Thomas Edison. Edison spent many years trying to find a way to get his light bulb to work. He had a number of products that were a failure.
In business it takes just one idea that is a success to get that company started. But often failure has been great. A person cannot look at a failure as the wrong thing in a business. Certainly no one likes to fail at something. Unfortunately, it is just a part of life whether in business or just normal life. Failing at something will happen.
