Erick Schonfeld is the co- editor of TechCrunch, an online company. The company has been in business since 1993. TechCrunch looks at start-up companies and technology news offering it to the consumer via the internet. Before Erick Schonfeld began TechCrunch he was with Business 2.0 Magazine as the editor. He wrote feature stories and blogs on Next Net. Erick Schonfeld had 50,000 RSS subscribers with Next Net. Currently he does a lot of video work and hosts panels of industry luminaries.
Erick Schonfeld also worked for Fortune Magazine. He won a prize in 1999 for the best information technology submission. He has also won the Journalist of the Year Award and the Aerospace Journalist of the year award. Erick Schonfeld was called the best and brightest of the financial journalists.
