The Bermuda Triangle or Devil’s Triangle is a region in the North Atlantic Ocean that is said to cause mysterious disappearances. Many have been fascinated by the Bermuda Triangle because of the paranormal activity that supposedly occurs there. It is said that many ships and aircraft have flown over the Bermuda Triangle to disappear.
In companies there is a Bermuda Triangle reference to strategy. The idea of the Bermuda Triangle of strategy is that the strategy all the sudden disappears or no longer works causing issues with product or service development in business. There are levels to why strategy may no longer work at a company. It could be the world has changed or that the company has offered an inefficient strategy, thus opening a triangle where ideas disappear.
